Our goal is to make renting the right equipment simple and straightforward. On this page, you'll find a step-by-step guide to our online rental process, as well as clear information on our policies for payment, insurance, and equipment returns. 1. Find Your Equipment Browse our selection of professionally maintained equipment. Use the calendar on the product page to select your desired rental dates and add the items to your cart.
2. Reserve Online Proceed through our secure online checkout to confirm your reservation. This step will secure your equipment for your selected dates and allow you to provide all the necessary information for the rental.
3. Sign Your Agreement Check your email for the official rental agreement from our team. A quick, secure electronic signature is all that's needed to finalize your booking and confirm your pickup time.
4. Pick Up & Get to Work Arrive at our yard at your scheduled time. We'll give you a full operational walkthrough of the equipment, answer any final questions, and help you get loaded up safely and efficiently.

If you are a tax-exempt organization (e.g., a farm, non-profit, or government agency), please proceed with your online reservation. Then, contact our office with your tax exemption certificate before your pickup date. Our team will update your account and ensure your final invoice is adjusted to be tax-free.

- Payment: All rentals must be paid in full before the equipment leaves our yard.
- Credit Card on File: A valid credit card must be kept on file to cover any potential damages, cleaning, or fuel charges.
- Insurance: The rental price includes our standard insurance coverage, which carries a $500.00 deductible. Customers are responsible for any damages up to the deductible amount.
- Providing Your Own Insurance: If you wish to provide your own Certificate of Insurance, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your rental start time. This is a common practice for our long-term agricultural and commercial clients.

Your rental includes a specific number of machine operating hours, tracked by the equipment's hour meter.
- Day Rate: Includes up to 8 hours of use.
- Weekend Rate: Includes up to 8 hours of use.
- Weekly Rate: Includes up to 40 hours of use.
- Monthly Rate: Includes up to 160 hours of use.
- Overages will be billed at a pro-rated hourly rate.

- Fuel: All machines with diesel or gasoline engines are sent out with a full tank of fuel. Please return them with a full tank. A refueling charge will be applied otherwise.
- Cleaning: Equipment is expected to be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, mud, or debris will result in a cleaning fee.

Q: What do I need to bring to rent equipment? A: You will need a valid driver's license and the credit card you plan to have on file for the rental.
Q: Do you deliver? A: Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee. The cost is based on your distance from our nearest location. Please contact us for a delivery quote when you finalize your reservation.
Q: What happens if the equipment breaks down during my rental? A: Please stop using the machine immediately and call our office. We have service technicians on call to troubleshoot the issue. If we cannot fix it quickly on-site, we will do our best to provide a replacement machine.
Q: Am I responsible for flat tires or track damage? A: Yes, the customer is responsible for damage to tires and tracks, as this is typically caused by site conditions. Our insurance policy does not cover this type of damage.
Q: Can I rent attachments without renting a machine? A: Absolutely. If you have your own compatible machine, you are welcome to rent any of our attachments. We will confirm compatibility with you before finalizing the rental.
